Michèle Eisenhuth holds a Master's degree in law from the Université de Liège (Belgium).

Michèle Eisenhuth is a partner in the investment funds practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund law, advising domestic and international clients on the corporate, regulatory and compliance aspects of the structuring and reorganisation of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS, alternative UCITS and hedge funds.

She is a chairman or member of various committees and sub-committees set up by the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI), actively involved in the Eligible Assets, UCITS IV, Risk Management, Alternative UCITS, AML, Securities Lending, Training and Conferences & Promotion sub-committees, as well as ad hoc committees set up by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

She is also a regular speaker at Alfi, IBA or other conferences in Luxembourg or abroad. She is a member of the European Banking Federation, more particularly involved in the Investment Funds Issue Group and a lecturer at the Luxembourg Institute for Training in Banking.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1995.
