Claude Niedner holds a Master's degree in law from the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg (France) as well as a Master's degree in business administration from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Paris (France).
Fonctions actuelles:
Claude Niedner is a partner and member of the Management Board. He specialises in investment fund work, in particular UCITS alternative investments and real estate funds.
Anciennes fonctions:
Prior to joining the Luxembourg Bar, Claude Niedner worked in the capital markets department of a major Luxembourg bank.

He is chairman of the Hedge Fund Working Group of the Luxembourg Investment Funds Association (ALFI) and is a member of the Tax Committee of the same Association. He is a member of the Comité pour l'Observation des Marchés, an advisory committee to the board for Development of the Luxembourg Financial Center.
