Pierre Beissel holds a Master's degree in law, a diplôme de juriste conseil d'entreprise (DJCE) and a diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in business law (DESS droit des affaires) from the Université Montpellier I (France), as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School (U.S.A.).

Pierre Beissel is a partner in the Corporate Law – M&A Practice where he specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transactional business law. He is a member of the firm’s private equity and real estate groups
