Sophie Chartier holds a Master's degree in law as well as a doctorate in law from the Université de Droit, d'Economie et des Sciences d'Aix-Marseille (France). She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1989.
Fonctions actuelles:
Sophie Chartier is a partner in the Corporate Law – M&A Practice, where she specialises in corporate law, advising multinational companies on the structuring of international transactions, corporate reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
Anciennes fonctions:
Prior to joining the Luxembourg Bar, she worked as a researcher at the Université de Droit, d'Economie et des Sciences d'Aix-Marseille (France) and as a lawyer at the European Commission in Brussels (Belgium).
