Formation:
François Warken holds a Master's degree in law from the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg (France). He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1993.
Fonctions actuelles:
François Warken is a partner in the Financial Services Practice where he specialises in banking law, particularly in regulatory matters, take-over bids, stock exchange regulation and issuing and listing of securities. He also has extensive knowledge of labour and employment law where he focuses on aspects of labour law in the financial sector, restructurings, stock and share option plans, collective bargaining and employee representation.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg Bar, he worked in the tax department of one of the Big Four firms in Luxembourg. He served as a member on the Luxembourg Bar Council from 2001 to 2003.
