Marc Elvinger holds a Master's degree in business law (maîtrise en droit des affaires) from the Université Montpellier I (France), a diplôme de juriste conseil d'entreprise (DJCE) and a diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in business law (DESS droit des affaires) from the Université de Poitiers (France), as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania (U.S.A).

Marc Elvinger is a partner in Corporate, Tax and Intellectual Property Practice where he specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transactional business law. He has advised major international companies on the structuring of international transactions, corporate reorganisations and the financing or re-financing of groups of companies.
