Marielle (Partner) leads the Employment department of the firm. She has specialized in employment law from the very early stages of her career and consequently has acquired in-depth knowledge of all aspects of employment law and social security, and in particular outsourcing or similar restructuring projects, expatriation and secondment situations, implementation of stock option plans or similar employee benefits schemes, and the complete process of collective redundancies.
