Fonctions actuelles:

Katia (co-founding Partner) leads the Finance department of the firm on various finance projects involving Luxembourg-based companies and on investment funds projects. She is experienced in dealing with both regulated and non-regulated funds, managing the whole process of fund formation including the development of the related corporate structure and financing scheme. She also regularly advises European banks, real estate investors and some of the world’s leading UK and US multinational companies on the setting-up of investment structures in Luxembourg, the financing of those structures and the regulatory implications regarding the outsourcing. Katia also leads our German desk.
