Fonctions actuelles:
Marie-Béatrice (Managing Partner and co-founding Partner of the firm) leads the Corporate department of the firm. She focuses on corporate structuring projects involving mainly UK and US clients as well as M&A and real estate transactions relating to the acquisition of targets through joint venture companies and other Luxembourg vehicles (non-regulated), both domestically and throughout the E.U. She is also involved in the implementation of incentive schemes in the private equity context. Marie-Béatrice leads our business development team as well.
